Believe it or not, there is yet another road construction project going on which has been the case ever since I've been on Earth (almost 32 years). This time, it is called "SmartFix40".
They are so desperate to put a positive spin on this that they enrolled Dolly Parton to help. Sigh!
This will make Malfunction Junction look and feel as if Heaven Is A Place On Earth.
