Also born on May 20 is the wife of the 4th President, Dolly (or Dolley) Madison. Two interesting facts about her are she is the only "First Lady" to have been given an honorary seat on the floor of Congress and was the first American to respond to a telegraph message sent by inventor Samuel Morse.
